After the harvest, the grapes fermented in French oak barrels (a combination of new and used barriques), where they matured on the primary lees for 4 months. This wine has a yellow color and an intense, fine and pleasant vanilla scent and a typical Malvasia note of acacia flowers.
Malvazija Sur Lie is a dry, warm, full-bodied wine and has a pronounced minerality and balance as well as the intense taste that lingers in the mouth.
