Malvasia “Avangarde” is a fine wine made exclusively from the Malvasia variety from the vineyards of Motovun. It is a wine with great potential that, according to the content of aromatic components, we can classify in a group of semi-aromatic varieties with a great aromatic potential of flowers and fruits. It has a specific, subtle aroma reminiscent of a green apple, and there are citrus notes and equally important floral notes. Malvasia “Avangarde” has a yellow color with greenish hues and we recommend combining it with excellent dishes based on black truffle, white fish and shellfish, as well as white meat with herb sauces. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C Category: FRESH WINES Variety: MALVAZIJA ISTARSKA
