Tomaz’s “Celeste” sparkling wine is a sparkling wine made from Teran (60%), Merlot (30%) and Black Malvasia (10%) and produced using the Charmat method – fermentation in tanks.
The aroma is reminiscent of reddish fruits and citrus fruits. This sparkling wine is ideal as a welcome drink, but can also be combined with seafood dishes. Due to its freshness, it is an excellent way to relieve the summer heat. Serving temperature: 8-10 °C
