Galić's Pošip Ego is an outstanding white wine from Dalmatia, created with the help of renowned oenologist Slaven Jeličić. The wine combines the freshness of a summery, fruity wine with the complexity and elegance of the Pošip grape variety.
In the glass it has a bright green-yellow color and unfolds an intense bouquet of tropical fruits such as mango and passion fruit, complemented by notes of stone fruit, citrus fruits and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate the wine is full-bodied and elegant at the same time, with refreshing acidity and a salty-mineral finish.
It develops particularly well at a drinking temperature of 10-12°C and harmonizes excellently with young cheese, seafood, fish and shrimp.
