Perla Bianca Sparkling Brut - Franc Arman

This is a natural sparkling wine produced using the brut method. The intense fizz and the multitude of fine bubbles that reach the surface of the glass stimulate the visual senses and invite you to taste it.

Thanks to the Charmat method of secondary fermentation in tanks, the characteristic taste of Istrian Malvazija, reminiscent of citrus fruits and acacia flowers, predominates. On the one hand, it is fresh and flickering in taste, and on the other hand, it has a full flavor; unpretentious, but able to satisfy even the most demanding palates.
