The Valenta Terre de Paradiso is an elegant Teran from the vineyards of Motovun in Istria. This wine impresses with its fruitiness, fresh acidity, fine tannins and full body.
In the glass it appears in deep ruby red and exudes a complex aroma of fresh cherries, blackberries, liquorice, chocolate, pepper, plums, smoke and Mediterranean herbs. The balance and intensity of the wine lasts a long time and ends with dark blackberry aromas.
This Teran becomes even more rounded and appealing over time.
At a drinking temperature of about 16 - 18°C, it harmonizes perfectly with meat dishes, be it veal or pork with potatoes, but is also a real pleasure as a solo wine in the glass!
