This fruity Sauvignon Blanc, awarded Decanter Gold for the 2023 vintage, from the Radovanci and Podgorje vineyards impresses with its lively freshness and mineral character.
Intense aromas of elderberry, melon and gooseberry unfold on the nose, complemented by subtle herbal notes such as paprika, asparagus and lemongrass.
15% of the wine was macerated on the skins and then aged on the fine lees in 500-litre oak barrels. The result is a harmonious, complex wine with a crisp acidity and a long, elegant finish. Perfect with seafood and fresh salads.
