The LAN Rioja Reserva is a modernized classic: the perfect balance of fruits from Rioja Alta and Alavesa, refined by elegant barrel and bottle aging. It enriches these small moments of pleasure. From 20-30 year old vineyards in Rioja Alta and Alavesa on clay-limestone soils, hand-picked and traditionally vinified.
After alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks, the wine matured for 20 months in hybrid oak barrels (American oak staves and French oak heads) and a further 22 months in the bottle.
Intense, bright cherry red with garnet nuances. Complex bouquet with an elegant symphony of black and forest fruits, enveloped in vanilla and spice aromas. Full-bodied with silky tannins and a long-lasting, pleasant finish.
Goes perfectly with traditional cuisine, vegetables, grilled meat and aged cheese.
