Poggio ai Ginepri - Bolgheri Doc - born from our own grapes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot obtained through a gentle pressing. A beautiful wine, good structure and a high concentration. Has a broad and deep olfactory landscape that opens up immediately in a very open way. Structure intense, but also beautifully soft. Truly, a great wine. Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 40% Merlot 30% Cabernet Franc 20% Petit Verdot 10% After destemming and gentle pressing, all varieties were processed separately. Fermentation and maceration took place for about 20 to 25 days in steel tanks at a controlled temperature not exceeding 28° C. Half of the wine was then bottled in used 225 l barriques made from French and Hungarian oak, where the malolactic fermentation was completed and where the wine was then aged. The other 50% of the wine was aged in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then assembled and bottled.
