Garnacha La Abejera Guerinda - Bodegas Maximo Abete 2020

VINEYARD “La Abejera” 0.35 hectare renovated plot in
Guerinda Hills. This location perfectly illustrates the traditional wine growing in the mountain areas
of San Martin de Unx: isolated plots surrounded by wild forest and wild scrubland and plants. Organic, dry and traditional viticulture.
Read by hand on September 10th.
Yield: 2000 kg/ha.
Fermented in stainless steel tanks with local ingredients and yeast. Malolactic fermentation and aging for 9 months in a used French oak barrel. No fine or stabilized. No oenological products are added.
Sulfur in moderate amounts.
Filtered before bottling in March 2022.
