The Goccia Nera balsamic vinegar from Modena IGP is made by Acetomodena exclusively from cooked grape must and wine vinegar. Using traditional craftsmanship and respecting natural processes, a product is created that is valued worldwide for its quality. With its intense aroma, this balsamic vinegar is ideal for refining steamed vegetables and white meat. It is also excellent for marinating roasts and larger pieces of meat.

As with all Acetomodena vinegars, the sulphite content is less than 10 mg/litre, which is why the "contains sulphites" note is not included on the label.
