This Teran from Cuj is made from grapes from the best location near Umag, Bosco Grande, or translated as "Big Forest". The wine is characterized by a beautiful ruby red color with violet tones, it is clear and partially dense. Characteristic of this wine is the typical taste of the variety...spicy and fruity aromas such as aronia and pepper, which already in the nose convey a touch of freshness in the mouth. A wine with velvety tannins, full body and long lasting.
For this purpose, the grapes are carefully selected, the ideal ripeness is waited for and after vinification they are aged for several years partly in wooden barrels and partly in the bottle.
Goes well with grilled meat with added rosemary, dry aged steaks and other types of aged steaks with pepper and olive oil as well as soft cheese.
Drinking temperature 16-18 C°
