Coronica is a family winery owned by Moreno since 1992. The philosophy is that “wine must taste like wine”, so the unique wines are a pure product of Istrian tradition.
The Méthode Champenoise is the oldest method of producing sparkling wine, in which the second fermentation of the wine must take place in the bottle. Today, however, only the method of producing champagne in Champagne can be called the Champagne method or Méthode Champenoise, as the term is protected.
