The winemaker Zlatan Plenković and his family business Zlatan otok doo are considered one of the pioneers of the new Croatian winemaking scene. He is considered the most important winemaker in the Dalmatia region. He has shaped it like no other. Zlatan Babić is a dry quality red wine made from the local grape variety of the same name. The grapes come from the vineyards of the sister company Vinoline in Šibenik (Jadrtovac). The wine matures in large wooden barrels made of Slavonian oak. It is ruby ​​red, has a characteristic taste and an unmistakable scent of cherries and berries. It is served with white meat and first-class fish.
