Malvasia “Avangarde” is a fine wine made exclusively from the Malvasia variety from the vineyards of Motovun. It is a wine with great potential that, according to the content of aromatic components, we can classify in a group of semi-aromatic varieties with a great aromatic potential of flowers and fruits. It has a specific, subtle aroma reminiscent of a green apple, and there are citrus notes and equally important floral notes. Malvasia “Avangarde” has a yellow color with greenish hues and we recommend combining it with excellent dishes based on black truffle, white fish and shellfish, as well as white meat with herb sauces.
