Chardonnay Galić vintage 2019

For 3 generations, the Galic family has been producing wines for their own use, until Josip Galić transformed this tradition into a modern winery producing high-quality Slavonian autochthonous varieties enriched with the love and passion of his ancestors.

The Chardonnay is rich and full, with a pleasant typical taste. The subtle fruity aromas of peaches and apricots extend deep into the rich scents of fresh bread crust, butter and nuts.

The wine was fermented and aged for 9 months in oak barrels on fine yeast using the sur-lie method.

Goes well with poultry dishes, hard cheeses and seafood appetizers.

Serving temperature 10 – 12 °C.
